ABOUT
Sarah is a London-based multidisciplinary designer working across creative direction, interior design, styling and set design in the UK and internationally.
With more than 15 years’ experience across interiors and lifestyle, Sarah works from initial concept through to final execution. Whether creating an interior, campaign or temporary space, the approach remains the same: to understand the character of a place or brand, distil it to its most compelling elements and create something with atmosphere, identity and a distinct sense of place.
Her practice is defined by a distilled approach to interiors and image-making, stripping away the unnecessary until only the essential elements remain. Rooted in restraint rather than reduction, each project is shaped through composition, proportion, materiality and light, creating spaces and imagery that feel refined, instinctive and enduring.
Nothing is considered in isolation. Architecture, furniture, art, objects, colour and texture exist in dialogue. Antiques sit alongside contemporary pieces, sculptural forms against architectural details, and bold moments of colour within pared-back surroundings, creating a tension between past and present, softness and structure, restraint and expression. The result is a cohesive visual language where every element has purpose and nothing exists simply to fill the space.
A nomadic childhood spent between Iran, Hong Kong and Singapore before settling in the UK continues to inform Sarah’s perspective, drawing naturally from different cultures, periods and visual references and bringing seemingly disparate elements together in a way that feels considered and thoughtful.
